We are working with a leading Corporate practice in Manchester in a top 50 UK law firm who are closely reviewing their team with a view to growth and are looking to add a senior associate.
They are already one of the most respected and biggest Corporate practices in Manchester with a national team of over 70 lawyers and cover one of the largest number of MandA transactions in the UK market. They advise a broad range of Private Equity institutions on their investments and buy and build strategies as well as being a recognised market leader in Equity Capital market work with clients including companies from the UK, mainland Europe, North America and Asia across a variety of industry sectors.
Career advancement for this hire is superb, and in fact, the client is wanting to hire a Senior Associate, Director or equivalent, who will quickly be made up to Junior Partner, assisting with the Corporate practices succession planning. So this is a role for an ambitious lawyer wanting to stamp their mark on the national market place.
You will currently be working for a top-ranking firm, perhaps one which is top heavy and preventing your ambitions for advancement. where you are experienced in working with large clients on the most sophisticated corporate transactions in an entrepreneurial fashion to offer the very best solutions.
