Corporate Solicitor | 2-4 Years PQE | Liverpool
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to join a growing and highly regarded corporate team in Liverpool city centre.
This is a chance to become part of an ambitious North West firm that has invested heavily in its Liverpool presence and continues to experience significant growth across the region. The team advises owner-managed businesses, SMEs, investors and larger corporates on a broad range of high-quality transactional and advisory matters.
Working closely with experienced and commercially minded lawyers, you will gain exposure to:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Share and asset disposals
- Management buyouts
- Shareholder agreements
- Corporate restructures
- General corporate advisory work
The successful candidate will:
- Have between 2 and 4 years' PQE in corporate law
- Be confident handling transactions with appropriate supervision
- Have strong technical and communication skills
- Enjoy building client relationships and working collaboratively
- Be commercially aware and pragmatic in approach
