What you will do
- Lead and support corporate transactions and projects from instruction through to completion
- Grow fee income from existing clients and referrers and build your own network
- Play an active part in business development and marketing activity
- Supervise and support colleagues and contribute to the development of the wider group
- Manage matter administration through the case management system, including file opening and closure
- Maintain accurate time recording, WIP, billing and cash collection against agreed targets
- Work in line with Lexcel quality standards and the SRA Code of Conduct, contributing positively to firm values and culture
About you
- Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in corporate work
- Strong communicator who is organised, commercially minded and a genuine team player
- Comfortable using case management systems, email and online legal research
- Either already operating at Partner level or on a clear trajectory
