Due to continued growth, a clients conveyancing department is expanding and now seeks a proactive, detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join the team. This firm has a strong track record of developing talent, with several current team members progressing onto training contracts - including two within the conveyancing team right now.

The Role
Youll play a key role in supporting the conveyancing team with a busy caseload of residential property transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months experience assisting on sales and purchases and be confident managing files under supervision. Training will be provided in other conveyancing matters, such as remortgages and transfer of equity.
Typical duties include:
Assisting fee earners with sales, purchases, and related conveyancing work
Drafting contracts, ordering searches, and preparing completion statements
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors
Managing file progression and ensuring key milestones are met
Handling post-completion tasks and maintaining accurate records
About You
Minimum 12 months experience in a conveyancing support role (sales and purchases essential)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident communicator who enjoys client contact
Eager to learn and progress within a supportive, growing firm
