An established and highly regarded law firm with offices across Liverpool and Manchester are seeking a Family Law Paralegal to join their team. You will be dealing with a mix of private and public Family Law matters based at their Cheshire office.
The role has arisen due to expansion within the Family Law department and is a fantastic opportunity for anyone wanting to develop their career within a Family Law role.
You will be dealing with a range of matters to include private divorce, finance matters, non molestation orders, childcare law as well as public matters and legal aid work. You will be working for two experienced Solicitors within the family team.
My client will consider a range of experience levels from those with prior Family Law experience to those who have studied law and can show a genuine interest in pursuing a career in Family Law. Legal aid experience would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Family law, be well organised, have an empathetic nature and will be able to work individually as well as within a team.
Salary is in the region of 22,000 - 25,000 together with excellent benefits and a hybrid working policy.
