About the Firm

This is a long-standing regional firm with an established client base and a broad private client and commercial offering. The working environment appears collaborative and steady, with a focus on maintaining consistent client service rather than rapid expansion.

Role Overview

• Take over and manage an existing civil litigation caseload from instruction through to resolution

• Advise on a range of matters including commercial disputes, property litigation and debt recovery

• Lead and develop the firm's litigation offering following a planned handover

• Work closely with colleagues across other departments to support client relationships

• Play a role in shaping the future direction of the litigation department

• Contribute to business development in a measured, relationship-led way

Candidate Profile

Likely to suit a solicitor with around 5+ PQE as a guide, with solid experience across civil litigation.

You should be comfortable managing your own caseload independently and have an interest in stepping into a leadership position. This role will appeal to someone who wants to build on an existing platform rather than start from scratch.

Offer and Benefits

• Salary £50,000 - £60,000

• Hybrid working available
