The Social Housing Litigation Case Handler role is integral to their success.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Social Housing Litigation Case Handler in Manchester, you will play a key role in a highly skilled technical claims team, supporting senior lawyers on complex, high-value matters while managing your own caseload. Youll be responsible for handling a variety of social housing litigation matters including housing disrepair, statutory nuisance, anti-social behaviour, possession proceedings, injunctions, and related personal injury claims. You will manage cases from pre-litigation through to conclusion, liaise with major clients to deliver accurate, commercially-focused advice, and ensure compliance with all case and financial management procedures.

ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience managing civil litigation matters, ideally within the social housing sector
- Confident in running a caseload independently from pre-action through to litigation
- Strong understanding of legal procedures and case management systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general legal IT tools
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Clear, professional communicator with a proactive, adaptable attitude
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment
