ABOUT THE FIRM
Our client is seeking a Paralegal to join their thriving Housing team in Liverpool. As a Paralegal, you will work alongside a wider team and with Partners in Housing, supporting fee earners within the team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Paralegal in Housing Litigation, you will be joining one of the UKs foremost Housing teams with extensive experience in acting for Registered Providers. Your role will involve varied and stimulating work, including handling anti-social behaviour and housing management possessions, injunctions, committals, housing disrepair, hoarding cases, access injunctions, and housing management policy advice. The salary is competitive, and the benefits package includes 25 days holiday (increasing to 32 days through a loyalty recognition programme), a pension scheme, private medical insurance, life assurance, and income protection insurance.
ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should be hard-working, results-driven, and eager to be an integral part of the teams growth. Proven experience in a legal setting is desirable but not essential, as full training and development will be provided. You will be supporting fee earners with tasks such as managing anti-social behaviour and other breach of tenancy injunctions, responding to disrepair claims, using the Case Management System, applying for access injunctions, and offering general housing management advice on tenancy issues.
