As a Plot Sales Conveyancer, you will be part of a dynamic team of solicitors, legal executives, and conveyancers who handle over 5,000 transactions annually. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Plot Sales Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of plot sales and residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. Responsibilities will include:
Issuing and preparing contract packs
Handling enquiries, exchanges and completions
Processing part exchange purchases/resales, SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
Supporting developers, investors and private clients across a wide range of transactions
There will also be opportunities to get involved in site set-up work and more complex matters, such as easements, covenants, substation transfers, infrastructure agreements and apartment block sales.

ABOUT YOU
To succeed in this role, you will have:
At least 2 years experience in conveyancing or plot sales (solicitor, CILEX, licensed conveyancer or experienced fee earner)
Excellent client care and organisational skills
A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a busy, collaborative team
