Our client is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their esteemed Real Estate Group. This role is perfect for someone with a broad range of experience in residential conveyancing, looking to further their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, including dealing with high net worth clients and non-standard residential property transactions. You will work closely with the private client team to meet the residential property needs of existing clients, providing a bespoke personal service. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including 25 days holiday (increasing to 32 days through a loyalty recognition programme), the option to purchase an extra five days each year, a pension scheme, private medical insurance, life assurance, and income protection insurance. Additionally, you will have the chance to participate in colleague committees, making a real impact in the local community.
ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you will need extensive experience in residential conveyancing, ideally 5 years plus PQE. You should be numerate, possess good verbal reasoning, and have excellent attention to detail. An astute problem solver, you will have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing. You should be able to work independently with limited supervision and collaborate effectively with clients, external consultants, and colleagues.
