Our client, an award-winning and top-tier law firm, is seeking a Housing Litigation Solicitor to join their esteemed team. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Housing Litigation Solicitor, you will become an integral part of the Housing and Regeneration Litigation team. You will manage a diverse caseload of social housing tenancy and leasehold disputes, attend various court hearings, and provide both written and verbal legal advice to clients. Additionally, you will contribute to the departments strategy and participate in business development activities.
The salary for this Housing Litigation Solicitor role ranges from £50,000 to £55,000, depending on experience. Benefits include 33 days of annual leave, enhanced family policies, a profit share scheme, and BUPA cover for Solicitor level roles.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in social housing litigation, ideally from a law firm or local authority
- Confident advocacy skills with the ability to represent clients in court
- A proactive, organised, and client-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Desire to contribute to team development, continuous improvement, and business development initiatives
- Higher Rights of Audience (Civil) is desirable but not essential
