ABOUT THE FIRM
Our client is seeking a dedicated MOJ Fee Earner to join their dynamic team in Liverpool. This role offers a fantastic chance to be part of a rapidly expanding MOJ Portal team, where your passion for delivering exceptional client service and achieving outstanding results will be highly valued.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a MOJ Fee Earner, you will handle files involving personal injury damages exceeding £10,000. You will be responsible for instructing medicals, reviewing medical records, assessing reports, collating special damages, and calculating loss of earnings claims. Additionally, you will submit settlement and court proceedings packs, draft witness statements, and manage stage 3 litigation. Interaction with third parties and clients, as well as the recovery of vehicle-related damages and credit hire, will also be part of your daily tasks.

ABOUT YOU
