We are working with a leading commercial law firm that is seeking to recruit a Newly Qualified Solicitor into its expanding Real Estate Finance team in Leeds.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to develop their career in a specialist practice area.
The Role:

Acting for lenders and borrowers on a broad range of real estate finance transactions.

Advising on secured lending, development finance, refinancing and restructuring matters.

Working alongside senior lawyers on high-value and complex deals.

Managing your own matters with appropriate supervision and client contact from the outset.
The Candidate:
-
NQ or soon to qualify solicitor with a training seat in real estate, banking or finance.

Strong technical skills and commercial awareness.

A genuine interest in building a career in real estate finance.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
