The Role
This varied position is split between new partner onboarding, partner services, and office administration.
Partner Onboarding
- Act as the first touchpoint for new partners joining the firm
- Coordinate welcome days and manage the onboarding process, including sending joining documents, liaising with suppliers for IT setup and ensuring smooth delivery
- Support collaboration with the wider support team
Partner Services
- Build relationships with partners from becoming their go to contact for day to day support
- Facilitate collaboration and connections across the firm
- Ensure partners are aware of the full range of services available to them
Office Administration
- Manage office supplies and branded merchandise
- Assist with adhoc admin tasks
