Our client is seeking a dedicated Residential Property Fee Earner to join their respected firm. As a Residential Property Fee Earner, you will play a crucial role in the development and success of the firm, ensuring that client matters are handled with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Residential Property Fee Earner, you will be responsible for initiating, processing, and completing the full spectrum of residential property fee-earning work. You will manage client files independently, ensuring compliance with quality and risk management procedures. The role involves generating fee income, participating in business development, and supervising colleagues when necessary.

ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Conveyancer or Paralegal with a minimum of 2-3 years in fee-earning work. You must be efficient, well-organised, and an effective communicator both in writing and face-to-face. Strong IT and telephone skills are essential, as is the ability to work well within a team. A commitment to the firms mission statement and core values is also crucial.
