Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their esteemed conveyancing team in Birkenhead. This full-time, office-based role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment and is passionate about residential conveyancing.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer, you will work closely with the head of residential conveyancing, handling a mixed caseload of residential matters for private clients and investors. Your responsibilities will include maintaining files from initial instruction through to post-completion, drafting and approving legal documentation, and ensuring the highest standards of service throughout.

ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you must demonstrate detailed knowledge in residential conveyancing. Proven experience in a similar role with a minimum of 3 years PQE or at least 5 years as a conveyancing case handler is essential. Strong organisational and time management skills, excellent client care, and effective communication between colleagues and third parties are crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems, along with a proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines, will set you apart.
