Role Overview
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
- Handle a broad range of transactions including sales, purchases, transfers and refinancing matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents and other professionals involved in transactions.
- Work closely with an experienced partner, gaining exposure to more complex matters as your experience develops.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the residential property offering within the wider Real Estate team.
- Maintain high standards of client service and technical quality throughout the transaction process.
Candidate Profile
Likely to suit a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with around 2-3 years' PQE or equivalent experience as a guide.
You should be comfortable managing your own residential property caseload with a good degree of autonomy and possess strong organisational and client relationship skills. Experience gained within a reputable residential property team and a proactive approach to client service will be important.
