Our client, a leading Legal 500 firm, is seeking a commercial property associate to join their dynamic team in Chester or Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, paper light environment with a supportive and ambitious team.
The successful lawyer will have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients, from large developers and financial institutions to smaller OMBs and SMEs. You will be responsible for handling commercial property transactions such as acquisitions and disposals, as well as a variety of commercial lease matters including renewals and transfers. In addition, you will have the opportunity to get involved in business development activities in the local community and with introducers of work.
Our client is offering a competitive salary of up to £60,000, with the flexibility to go above that for the right solicitor. In addition, you will receive 25 days annual leave, staff parking, private healthcare, and access to Perkbox.
