Our Top 50 client is seeking a Senior Employment Lawyer to join their Leeds offices at either Principal or Senior Associate level. As a Principal Associate, you will be in the most senior non-Partner grade of lawyer within the firm.
As a Senior Employment Lawyer, you will handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious work, primarily for health and care sector clients, as well as other public organisations and Government bodies. This role offers the chance to work on technically complex and nationally significant cases. This firm is recognised as a leading health and care sector firm with ambitious growth plans.
ABOUT YOU
To excel in this Senior Employment Lawyer role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in employment law
- Strong technical competence and legal knowledge
- Proven experience in managing Employment Tribunal litigation
- Excellent client service and relationship skills
- Business development capabilities
- Ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers
- Strong written drafting and presentational skills
- High level of IT proficiency
- Marketing and business development skills
