ABOUT THE FIRM
Our client is seeking a dedicated Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on both Commercial and Residential Property, providing a supportive environment to handle a diverse caseload.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will manage a broad range of property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord and tenant disputes. You will provide expert legal advice to a variety of clients, draft and negotiate property-related documents, and ensure compliance with relevant laws. ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in commercial and residential property, landlord, and tenant law.
- Expertise in handling property transactions, leases, and disputes.
- Familiarity with Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and the Land Registry Portal.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, client-focused approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to manage competing deadlines under pressure.
