Role Overview
Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
Managing compliance, including SRA requirements, policies, risk management and file audits.
Supporting multiple departments with workflow, staffing and general operational needs.
Working with senior leadership on strategy, processes and continuous improvement.
Handling HR-related responsibilities such as onboarding, training and general staff support.
Managing suppliers, office systems and internal procedures.
Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a Practice Manager within a law firm.
Strong understanding of compliance, regulation and risk in a legal setting.
Confident managing people, processes and competing priorities.
Practical, organised and able to work proactively with fee-earners and support staff.
Clear communicator with a steady and supportive approach.
