About the role
The firm is looking to recruit a Corporate Associate to join its Liverpool team. You'll work on a broad range of high-quality corporate matters, including:

Mergers and acquisitions

Private equity transactions

Equity capital markets work

Business sales and disposals

Joint ventures
-
Corporate restructurings and reorganisations

About you
You'll be a Corporate Associate with around 3 to 6 years' PQE, although this is a guide rather than a strict requirement. You should have solid experience across core corporate work, particularly MandA and private equity, and be confident managing matters with appropriate supervision. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to client service are essential.
