Corporate Solicitor (Experienced) - Staffordshire (Hybrid Working)
A well-established, forward-thinking law firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and commercially minded solicitor who is comfortable managing their own caseload independently and looking to play a key role within a supportive and ambitious firm.
The Role:
You will handle a broad range of corporate matters, working with a diverse client base that includes SMEs, owner-managed businesses and larger organisations. The work is varied, high quality and often complex, requiring both technical expertise and a pragmatic, client-focused approach.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing your own caseload of corporate transactions from instruction to completion
Advising on mergers and acquisitions, disposals and restructures
Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and constitutional documents
Supporting clients with business sales, acquisitions and exit strategies
Advising on partnerships, LLPs and joint ventures
Handling MBOs and MBIs
Working closely with clients and other professional advisers to deliver successful outcomes
About You
Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in corporate law
Able to run a full caseload independently with minimal supervision
Strong technical ability combined with commercial awareness
Confident communicator with excellent client care skills
Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
