Corporate Solicitor

This is an opportunity for a Newly Qualified Corporate Solicitor to join an established regional law firm with offices across Staffordshire and Cheshire. The hire reflects continued development of the firm's corporate practice and the need to support a growing volume of transactional work for business clients.

The role offers a genuine long-term platform for an NQ looking to build technical confidence, client exposure and progression within a supportive, well-resourced team.

Role Overview

• Advising a broad range of owner-managed businesses and corporate clients

• Supporting on MandA transactions, reorganisations and general corporate advisory work

• Early involvement in live matters with direct client exposure

• Working closely with experienced senior lawyers who are actively invested in mentoring

• Developing technical skills alongside commercial judgement and client management

• Opportunity to grow responsibility steadily as confidence and experience develop

Candidate Profile

• Newly Qualified Solicitor, or trainee due to qualify shortly

• Strong interest in corporate law, ideally with a relevant training seat

• Comfortable working collaboratively and keen to take responsibility early

• Looking for a long-term role within a stable, people-focused firm
