Our client is seeking a Litigation Executive or Newly Qualified Solicitr to join their dynamic EL/PL team in Manchester. As a Litigation Executive/NQ, you will be part of a friendly, sociable, and incredibly supportive team. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Litigation Executive, you will handle pre and post-litigation EL/PL cases, managing between 100-125 files at any one time. Your duties will include working to court deadlines, liaising with insurers, ensuring limitation dates are met, negotiating settlements, and issuing court proceedings. You will also be responsible for diary management, client communication, and using in-house case management systems. The role offers a hybrid working scheme, allowing you to work from home with two days a week in the office.

ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in personal injury litigation, particularly in EL/PL cases. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage a high volume of files and meet court deadlines. Familiarity with case management systems and a proactive approach to keeping up with regulatory changes will be advantageous. Additional skills and experience will be looked upon favourably.
