As a forward-thinking Real Estate Solicitor with 1 - 5 years post-qualification experience, this firm invites you to bring your expertise to their specialist Telecoms and Renewable Energy Team, a vibrant component of their Real Estate Practice Group.
The role wioll involve high-profile projects, dealing with the property aspects of telecommunications mast sites, and playing a pivotal role in the advancement of renewable energy initiatives. Tasks will include site acquisitions, upgrades, and estate matters, negotiating on behalf of both landlords and tenants, and managing incoming and outgoing site share agreements.
The firm values the importance of a work-life balance, offering the flexibility to work from home up to three days a week, ensuring you can deliver exceptional service to clients while maintaining personal wellbeing. Starting salary upwards of £55,000.
The role can be based in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds or Newcastle.
