A real estate finance solicitor is needed for a market leading, national law firm.
You will join the firms real estate team based in either their Leeds or Manchester Offices.
Undertake a varied caseload of property finance matters including property acquisition, investment, and development finance matters.
To join a growing team and work with Partners across all offices
The team acts for a broad range of clients including institutional and private lenders, local authorities and a variety of good quality borrower businesses.
The caseload would involve managing and advising on real estate finance transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing arrangements, drafting and negotiating legal documentation related to real estate finance deals.
You will be a real estate finance solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in real estate finance.
