A specialist Residential Conveyancing Solicitors with offices across the North West are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their team at their Liverpool office.
Applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Fee Earners will all be considered.
The Role:
You will be dealing with a full range of Residential Conveyancing matters to include buying and selling, remortgaging, auctions, leasehold and transfers of equity. You will be supported by a strong management team and will also have the help of support staff.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will ideally have at least 3 years experience working within Residential Conveyancing and will be able to independently run a caseload of Conveyancing matters from start to finish.
You will be proactive and flexible in your approach.
Well organised, good time management skills and a team player.
