A well-established and growing regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding property team in Liverpool.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking firm with genuine flexibility, strong quality work, and long-term career prospects.
The firm has continued to grow significantly across the North West, with recent office expansion and ongoing investment in its conveyancing department. They have built a strong reputation for client care, practical advice, and maintaining a collaborative working culture.
The Role:
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion with support from an assistant. The role would suit somebody who is confident handling files independently and comfortable working in a busy but supportive environment.
The position is initially office-based during probation before moving to a flexible hybrid arrangement. The firm offers an excellent level of flexibility around home working and values quality and output over rigid office attendance requirements.
Responsibilities:
Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
Handling matters from instruction through to completion
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers and third parties
Maintaining high standards of client care and communication
Working collaboratively with support staff and wider teams
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, FCILEx or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
Ideally 5+ years' residential conveyancing experience
Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Commercial and practical approach to problem solving
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
