The Opportunity
A well established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Property Solicitor to join its busy Conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated fee earner to manage a varied caseload, contribute to business development, and play a key role in delivering a high quality client service.
You will be joining a collaborative environment where cross team working is encouraged, and where your input will directly contribute to the continued growth of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handle a range of transactions including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, and remortgages
- Provide clear, practical legal advice across both routine and more complex matters
- Ensure files are managed efficiently in line with regulatory and firm requirements
- Use case management systems and internal processes effectively
- Actively contribute to business development within the firm and develop your own client base
- Deliver exceptional client care
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
- Strong working knowledge of property law, SRA regulations, CQS and compliance requirements
- Experience managing financial targets, billing and time recording
- Proven ability to generate new business and build client relationships
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
