An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing Legal 500 recognised property team at a well established regional law firm.
Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with ideally 3-5 years' PQE, although applications from candidates outside of this range with the right experience will also be considered. The successful candidate will work closely alongside an experienced Property Partner within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The residential conveyancing team specialises in delivering a premium service to clients, including high value and complex property transactions. Known for its proactive and client-focused approach, the team prides itself on providing clear, practical advice and ensuring transactions progress as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
The department is accredited under the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme and has built a strong reputation for technical excellence combined with a personal touch.
The Role:
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Remortgages
Transfers of equity
New build transactions
High value and complex residential matters
You will work closely with senior members of the team while also enjoying autonomy over your own files and the opportunity to further develop your career within a growing department.
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with residential conveyancing experience
Ideally 3-5 years' PQE, though this is flexible depending on experience
Strong technical and client care skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
Commercially aware with a proactive approach
Team player with excellent communication skills
