This is an opportunity for a Commercial Disputes Solicitor with 3+ PQE to join a leading national disputes team in Manchester. The role offers exposure to complex, high value commercial litigation within a well established and expanding practice, with clear scope to deepen your expertise and progress within a sizeable regional team.

The disputes team is one of the largest in the region, advising major corporate and institutional clients across a broad range of sectors. Role Overview
Handling a broad caseload of commercial disputes, including High Court litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
Working closely with partners on complex and high value matters.
Collaborating with colleagues across offices and practice areas on multi disciplinary disputes.
Drafting pleadings, witness statements and key strategic advice to clients.
Supporting business development activity and maintaining strong client relationships.
Candidate Profile
Qualified solicitor with 3+ PQE in commercial litigation.
Solid grounding in handling a range of commercial disputes matters.
Strong drafting skills and sound commercial judgement.
Comfortable managing elements of matters independently while working as part of a wider team.
Likely to suit around 3-6 PQE as a guide, although broader experience will be considered.
