Senior Residential Conveyancer (2-5+ Years' PQE)

A well-established and progressive law firm is looking to recruit a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join its busy Chester office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fee earner who is confident managing their own caseload and thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
You will handle a broad mix of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, delivering a high standard of client care while playing a key role in the continued growth of the department.
The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Handling more complex files including shared ownership, new builds, transfers of equity, adverse possession, transfers of part and remortgages
- Running matters independently from initial instruction through to post-completion
- Maintaining proactive and professional communication with clients, agents, developers, solicitors and lenders
- Ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
About You
- 2-5+ years' experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Sound technical knowledge of residential conveyancing processes
- Experience using case management systems
