An established and well regarded law firm in North Wales is seeking a Commercial Property Legal Assistant to join its busy and growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal assistant or paralegal looking to develop their experience within a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
You will provide hands on support to a Commercial Property Solicitor and assist with a varied caseload of matters, including:
Sales and acquisitions of commercial premises
Landlord and tenant matters, including leases and renewals
Property finance transactions
Development work
Portfolio management
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
Opening and managing files
Conducting searches and Land Registry applications
Liaising with clients, agents and third parties
Managing diaries and key dates
Assisting with post completion matters
About You
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience within commercial property, either as a legal assistant or paralegal
Be confident managing a busy workload and working to deadlines
Possess strong organisational and communication skills
Have excellent attention to detail
Be proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office
This role would suit someone who is proactive, reliable and keen to build a long term career within commercial property.
