Commercial Property Solicitor - 3-4 Years PQE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded and well-established regional law firm at its Frodsham office.
We are looking for someone ideally around 3-4 years' PQE, although candidates outside this level will also be considered where they have the right experience and are a strong fit for the team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established Commercial Property team within a firm with a long-standing reputation across the North West. The role would suit a solicitor looking for a varied caseload, genuine career development and the opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers across a range of specialist areas.
The Role:
You will handle a broad range of Commercial Property matters, including:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
- Commercial leases and lease renewals.
- Landlord and tenant matters.
- Property management work.
- Development and redevelopment projects.
- Site assembly and more complex commercial transactions.
- Acting for a varied portfolio of individuals, businesses and commercial clients.
You'll work alongside an established team and have the opportunity to develop your expertise while taking responsibility for your own caseload and client relationships.
The Commercial Property team works closely with other specialist departments, including Corporate and Commercial, Agriculture and Property Dispute Resolution, providing a genuinely collaborative environment and access to a broad range of expertise.
About You:
We're keen to hear from Commercial Property Solicitors who have:
- Ideally 3-4 years' PQE, although applications from candidates outside this range will be considered.
- Strong experience across a range of Commercial Property matters.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- The ability to manage your own caseload effectively.
- A commercially minded and pragmatic approach.
- A genuine interest in developing your career within a successful regional practice.
