An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm at its Stoke-on-Trent office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2+ years' PQE who is looking to join a supportive, collaborative team with genuine opportunities for career progression. You'll enjoy a varied and high-quality caseload, working with a diverse client base ranging from private individuals to high-net-worth clients, business owners and agricultural families.
The Role:
You will manage a broad Private Client caseload, including:
- Wills and estate planning.
- Probate and estate administration.
- Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Trusts and trust administration.
- Tax and succession planning.
- Court of Protection matters.
- High-net-worth and agricultural estate planning.
- Advising business owners and farming families on wealth preservation and succession.
This role offers an excellent mix of traditional private client work alongside more complex matters, providing the opportunity to develop your technical expertise while building long-term client relationships.
You'll work closely with an experienced and supportive team that prides itself on delivering practical, client-focused advice and maintaining exceptionally high standards of service.
About You:
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
- A minimum of 2 years' PQE in Private Client.
- Experience managing a broad range of Private Client matters.
- Strong client care and communication skills.
- The ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
- A personable and empathetic approach.
- A desire to build long-term relationships with clients and contribute to the continued success of the team.
