An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a well-established and growing law firm based in Stoke-on-Trent.
This role would suit an ambitious Paralegal with previous Commercial Property experience who is looking to take the next step in their legal career within a supportive and progressive environment.
You will join an experienced team acting for a diverse client base including developers, investors, banks, pension funds, retailers, local authorities, owner-managed businesses and property companies. The team handles a broad range of high-quality commercial property work and offers genuine opportunities for development and progression.
The Role
Working alongside experienced Commercial Property Solicitors, you will assist on a wide range of transactions while developing your technical knowledge and client-facing skills.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to:
Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
Commercial leases
Landlord and tenant matters
Property development transactions
Site acquisitions and disposals
Property licences
Tenancy agreements
Commercial property finance matters
Property-related disputes and transactions
Due diligence and title investigations
You will be involved throughout the transaction lifecycle, assisting with negotiations, contracts, searches, enquiries and completion matters.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience working within a Commercial Property team
A solid understanding of commercial property transactions and procedures
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and client care skills
The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
A proactive and positive approach to work
Confidence using Microsoft Office and case management systems
