Private Client Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive
Location: Cheshire
Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Hybrid Working
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm with an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding client care.
This role is ideal for a Private Client lawyer with 2+ years' PQE who is looking to join a supportive and collaborative team, handling a varied caseload while continuing to develop their career within a respected practice.
The Role
You'll manage your own varied Private Client caseload, advising individuals and families on matters including:
Wills
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Probate
Estate administration
Straightforward trust matters
You'll be responsible for providing clear, practical advice, drafting legal documentation, progressing matters efficiently and maintaining the highest standards of client care throughout each transaction.
This is a client-facing role where you'll build lasting relationships while working alongside an experienced and supportive team committed to delivering an exceptional service.
About You
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives who have:
A minimum of 2 years' PQE in Private Client.
Experience handling wills, probate, LPAs and estate administration.
Exposure to trust matters or a willingness to develop further in this area.
The ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
Excellent communication and client care skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
A professional, empathetic and proactive approach.
