Role Overview
Handling a broad range of commercial property matters.
Working directly alongside a director on files and client relationships.
Managing your own caseload with the right level of support.
Advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases and general commercial property issues.
Building relationships with clients and referrers.
Contributing to the long-term growth of the practice.
Candidate Profile
2+ PQE in commercial property.
Confident managing files with some autonomy.
Strong communication skills and a practical approach.
Keen to learn, develop and take on more responsibility over time.
Team-focused with a positive, steady manner.
