About the Role
An established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer to join its Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated fee earner to manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions while working within a supportive and collaborative environment. The role can be based across one of their North Wales office
The successful candidate will handle matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients while maintaining high standards of client care and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of commercial property matters including sales, purchases, leases (landlord and tenant) and refinances
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, mortgage brokers and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently
- Conducting title checks, drafting contracts and preparing transfer documentation
- Drafting and reviewing commercial leases
- Dealing with licences to assign and underlet
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
- Providing a high level of client service and maintaining strong client relationships
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records using the firm's case management system
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience handling commercial property matters
- Strong knowledge of the commercial conveyancing process and relevant legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Desirable:
- Experience dealing with agricultural land transactions
