Role Overview
- Managing a caseload of home ownership matters from instruction through to completion
- Acting for registered providers on transactions including disposals, right to buy/acquire, staircasing and lease variations
- Conducting title checks and preparing clear reports for clients
- Handling client and third-party communication in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting colleagues across a broad range of residential property matters
- Ensuring accurate time recording, billing and file management in line with firm procedures
Candidate Profile
Likely to suit someone with around 2-4 years' conveyancing experience as a guide, ideally with exposure to residential transactions and volume caseloads. You should be comfortable managing your own files while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
