ABOUT THE FIRM
Our client, a leading commercial law firm in the North West, is seeking a talented Corporate Associate to join their Liverpool office. As a Corporate Associate, you will be part of a firm renowned for delivering excellent quality work, regarded as the best in the region.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Corporate Associate, you will engage in high-calibre work, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, equity capital markets, business sales, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will be able to develop your skills and advance your career.
The salary for the Corporate Associate position is up to £70,000, complemented by an array of benefits. These include 25 days annual leave, a birthday privilege day, and a Christmas shutdown. ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Corporate Associate, ideally with 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience. Strong expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, equity capital markets, business sales, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations is essential. You should possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
