The Role
As a Solicitor/Associate in the Private Client Team, youll play a key role in developing the firms Court of Protection offering. Your caseload will be diverse, including:
Deputyship applications
Managing property and affairs matters arising from personal injury and clinical negligence settlements
Supervising and mentoring junior team members
Supporting the firms wider business development initiatives and strategic goals

About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
Solid experience within a dedicated Court of Protection team/department
A genuine interest in business development and growing client relationships
Excellent client care skills with the ability to deliver practical, empathetic advice
Strong organisational skills and commercial awareness
IT proficiency (Word, Outlook, case management systems)
A collaborative, team-focused approach with the professionalism to match
