Are you an experienced Employment Law Senior Associate looking for a new challenge in Liverpool? A fantastic regional law firm is seeking a talented individual to join their team and take on a variety of both routine and complex matters in the field of employment law.
As a Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to advise clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious issues, representing them at tribunals and providing guidance on complex collective redundancies, bargaining, and transfers. You will also have the chance to work on exciting projects and manage day-to-day employment matters for a diverse range of clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years experience in Employment Law, with a strong understanding of current legislation and regulations. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
