Our client is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Employment team. This role is based in Walton Summit, Preston, and offers a collaborative and professional environment where you can thrive and develop your career. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Associate you will manage a varied caseload of employment matters, including Education, Housing, and Local Authority issues. You will attend and represent clients at Tribunal hearings, provide written and verbal advice, and communicate with clients, opponents, and third parties to progress files. Additionally, you will support the Head of Department and other advisors, manage and mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development activities.

ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should be a qualified Solicitor (or CILEX equivalent) with extensive experience in the Employment legal sector. You must have a desire to conduct advocacy in Courts or Tribunals and be willing to travel throughout England. Strong client care skills, proven experience in handling your own caseload, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Excellent organisational and communication skills, along with the ability to supervise and motivate others, are also required.
