An established and highly regarded law firm on the Wirral is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy and successful Property team. Please note this is an office based role.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor looking to manage a varied conveyancing caseload while working within a supportive, collaborative environment that values high standards, professional development and exceptional client service.
The Role:
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently while delivering an outstanding client experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Providing clear, proactive communication to clients throughout the transaction.
- Liaising with estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other third parties.
- Maintaining accurate case records using a case management system.
- Meeting billing and time recording targets.
- Supporting junior team members where appropriate.
- Participating in business development, networking and marketing initiatives.
- Contributing positively to the continued success of the Property department.
About You:
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified Solicitor status in England and Wales.
- Experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- A proactive, organised and commercially aware approach.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
- An interest in networking and developing client relationships.
