Im working with a respected practice based in Chester thats looking to welcome an ambitious NQ Solicitor to its busy and friendly Residential Property team. The role offers hands-on exposure to quality work, ongoing support from experienced conveyancers, and a genuine platform to grow your career.
The Role
Youll handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. The firm uses a modern case management system and provides full administrative and paralegal support so you can focus on delivering excellent client service.
Youll be part of a collaborative team that values communication, efficiency and professionalism, a fantastic place to learn and develop as you settle into life as a qualified solicitor.
What Theyre Looking For
A Newly Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly) with experience or a training seat in residential conveyancing.
A confident communicator with strong attention to detail and great client care skills.
Someone whos organised, proactive and genuinely enthusiastic about building a career in property law.
Ability to manage files efficiently with appropriate supervision and support.
