Role Overview
- Manage a caseload of serious injury and catastrophic injury matters
- Handle a mix of fast track and multi-track claims from instruction through to resolution
- Work across a broad range of claimant personal injury matters, excluding RTA work
- Deal with higher value and more complex claims, including life-changing injuries
- Opportunity to gain exposure to clinical negligence work where relevant
- Maintain direct client contact, providing clear and practical advice throughout
- Work closely with an experienced team on technically demanding cases
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE as a guide
- Experience managing claimant personal injury files, including multi-track work
- Comfortable handling or stepping into more complex and higher value injury claims
- Experience outside of RTA work is important
- Exposure to clinical negligence would be beneficial but not essential
- Likely to suit someone looking to deepen their experience in serious injury work with a longer-term view
