Plot Sales Paralegal / Legal Executive (Experienced)
Overview
Thornton Legal is working with a well-established property-focused legal practice in Manchester that is looking to appoint an experienced Plot Sales Paralegal or Legal Executive.
This role has arisen as a result of continued activity within the firm's residential development work. The team is seeking someone who can contribute from the outset, supporting developer clients on plot sale transactions and helping manage an active caseload within a busy and collaborative environment.

Role Overview
- Manage plot sale transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Liaise with developer clients, purchasers' solicitors and other parties throughout the transaction process.
- Prepare and issue contract packs and supporting documentation.
- Handle enquiries and progress matters efficiently to meet client deadlines.
- Maintain accurate case management records and reporting requirements.
- Support the wider property team on residential development matters where required.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience within plot sales is essential.
- Suitable for an experienced Plot Sales Paralegal or Legal Executive.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and external stakeholders.
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
