Role overview
You'll manage a varied caseload across wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, and estate administration. There will also be exposure to tax planning and inheritance tax matters as your experience develops.
Alongside fee-earning work, you'll be expected to build relationships with clients and contribute to the wider team, with support available to help you develop both technically and commercially.
This is a role that allows for steady progression, with responsibility increasing as your confidence and experience grow.
Candidate profile
Likely to suit a solicitor at NQ to 2 PQE with experience in private client work, either during training or post-qualification.
You'll need a solid grounding in core private client matters and be comfortable managing your own workload with appropriate supervision. Strong communication skills and an organised, methodical approach will be important.
An interest in developing further within private client law is key. STEP or SFE accreditation would be advantageous but is not essential.
